The Auto Legend Inc., located in Tampa, Florida, is a full service automotive repair facility specializing in Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati and Alfa Romeo.
With experience reaching back some 30 years in the exotic car repair business, The Auto Legend brings to the Tampa Bay Area a facility experienced and trained in the art of repairing and maintaining these finely tuned pieces of rolling artwork.
As a master technician, Massimo Mondino, Italian born and raised, runs the facility, and specializes in high performance, sometimes exceedingly rare cars of European origin.
Born in Cuneo, Italy, Massimo's life long love with fine automobiles began with an older brother he idolized. By age 8, and the early 70s Massimo was following his brother Bruno from rally to rally,showing his support while watching his brother race.
Massimo began his technical career as an apprentice at the age of 14. The shop he worked in serviced high performance cars from as far away as Germany. While learning his chosen trade, his mentors often sent him to school in Torino to supplement his education.
The European automobile industry places high demands and great expectation regarding expertise and craftsmanship upon their technicians, as a result, Massimo is passionate about his work and craft, and his standards for excellence and craftsmanship are equally as stringent. To date, Massimo has repaired and restored some of the rarest automobiles ever created.
